In short, The Stowe project is an easily searchable online directory of Black-owned brands. The Stowe project was created out of the need for stronger ties to Black-owned brands within the African American community. With this project, we can easily find, connect with, and patronize Black-owned brands - at no cost. The Stowe project is focused on 8 categorical necessities for our community to thrive. They include farms, financial providers, manufacturing, developers, education, products, services, and technology. ​ This is a small step towards self-sustainability and wealth-building within our community.
